Franchisees collaborate with the franchising team in selecting a suitable site based on locality, demographics, footfall and geographical exclusivity.
Co-ordinate store designs, construction, equipment and decor purchase. Turnkey store set up.
Each franchisee receives comprehensive training covering operational procedures, product knowledge and preparation, customer service, marketing strategies and local health and safety requirements.
The franchising and operations teams continue supporting each franchisee with regular audits, operational assistance, marketing resources and growth opportunities.
